Hebrews 10:24

[24]. And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works,

2 Timothy 3:16-17

[16]. All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, 

[17]. that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

EXPOSITION

Sunday school plays a vital role in the life of a Christian. It is more than just an educational activity; it is a fundamental part of spiritual growth and community building. Hebrews 10:24-25 encourage us to gather together to spur one another on in love and good deeds. Sunday school provides a structured environment where believers can study God's Word, deepen their understanding and encourage one another in their faith. Similarly, 2 Timothy 3:16-17 stresses that the God-breathed Scripture is useful for doctrine, reproof, correction and training in righteousness. Sunday school is where we receive this vital instruction, enabling us to live out our faith more fully and effectively. It helps us to apply biblical principles to our everyday lives and supports our spiritual growth.

Without Sunday school, our spiritual development may be incomplete. It is in these sessions that we find fellowship, learn God's Word and grow in our faith. Regular attendance disciples us to become mature Christians. Do not be alone ranger. Regularly and punctually attend Sunday school classes. You will be glad!

PRAYER POINTS 

1. Pray for a renewed commitment to attend and actively participate in Sunday school.

2. Ask for wisdom and understanding as you study God's Word and for the ability to apply it to your life.

3. Lord, help the Sunday school leaders and teachers to be effective in imparting the right knowledge.
