INTRODUCTION: Divine protection, as depicted in the bible, portrays God's unwavering commitment to safeguarding His people from harm, danger, and adversity. Throughout scripture, we encounter numerous examples of God's divine protection over individuals, nations, and His chosen people. One prominent example of divine protection is found in the story of Daniel in the lion's den (Daniel 6). Despite facing persecution and threats from his enemies, Daniel remained faithful to God and continued to pray openly. As a result, he was thrown into a den of lions by King Darius. However, God miraculously intervened, shutting the mouths of the lions, and Daniel emerged unharmed. This story illustrates God's supernatural intervention to protect His faithful servant from harm, demonstrating His power over the forces of nature and human adversaries.
