𝔹𝕀𝔹𝕃𝔼 𝕀ℕ 𝕆ℕ𝔼 𝕐𝔼𝔸ℝ: Zechariah 9, Zechariah 10, Revelation 13, Revelation 14

𝕋𝕆ℙ𝕀ℂ: 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐏𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐖𝐈𝐒𝐃𝐎M

𝔽𝕀ℝ𝔼 𝕊ℂℝ𝕀ℙ𝕋𝕌ℝ𝔼: Ephesians 1:15-18

𝕄𝔼𝕄𝕆ℝ𝕐 𝕍𝔼ℝ𝕊𝔼:

Deuteronomy 34:9 - "And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands upon him: and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did as the LORD commanded Moses."

𝕄𝕆𝕋𝕀𝕍𝔸𝕋𝕀𝕆ℕ𝔸𝕃 ℚ𝕌𝕆𝕋𝔼𝕊:

Wise men and women still follow Jesus.

ℙℝ𝔸𝕀𝕊𝔼 & 𝕎𝕆ℝ𝕊ℍ𝕀ℙ

ℙℝ𝕆ℙℍ𝔼𝕋𝕀ℂ 𝕎𝕆ℝ𝔻 𝔽𝕆ℝ 𝕋𝕆𝔻𝔸𝕐:

𝗝𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗪𝗜𝗦𝗗𝗢𝗠 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬, 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗡𝗔𝗠𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗝𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗦.

𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕄𝔼𝕊𝕊𝔸𝔾𝔼:

The Scripture tells us that wisdom is the principal thing. In other words, wisdom is the major thing we need to excel in life. Wisdom is the foundation of great works. Wisdom is the difference between a failure and a success. Wisdom dignifies; it brings honour and sustains honour. Check a man whose works count for eternity, such a man has wisdom as his dearest. What is wisdom?

Wisdom is a spirit. It can also be referred as the virtue that produces or manifests excellence. Wisdom is one of the seven Spirits of God. Our God is a God of excellence because this virtue of wisdom is the quality of His very personality. Our God is the wisest in judgement. In our Fire Scripture today, the apostle Paul saw the necessity of wisdom. He said that after he heard the fervency of many believers in the faith, he ceased not to give thanks to God, mentioning them (the believers) in his prayers that God will give them the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him. He further prayed that, after they had received the spirit of wisdom, the eyes of their understanding would be enlightened. There is a need for your eyes and my eyes to be enlightened. There are many opportunities around us which God has put in place to reform our lives, but because the eyes of men are closed, they do not have the ability to interpret the happenings in their environment. May the wisdom of God unlock your closed eyes to tap into the opportunities that surround you, in Jesus' name.

How about leadership? We need wisdom to lead. We need wisdom to lead ourselves first before leading others. The Scriptures tell us about the leader Joshua. We are told that the people obeyed and listened to him after he was filled with the spirit of wisdom by the laying of hands of Moses (Deuteronomy 34:9). It takes the spirit of wisdom to command the respect of those around. I pray that the spirit of wisdom will fill you afresh, in Jesus' name.

ℙℝ𝔸𝕐𝔼ℝ ℙ𝕆𝕀ℕ𝕋𝕊:

𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆

1. Spirit of wisdom, rest upon me and fill me now, in the name of Jesus.

2. Father, make me to grow in wisdom, stature and in favour with You and all men, in the name of Jesus.

3. Father, let the spirit of wisdom turn me to an excellent and exemplary leader, in the name of Jesus.

𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆

4. Wisdom of God, elevate and distinguish me, in the name of Jesus.

5. By the spirit of wisdom, Father, make me an unusual solution provider to the problems of men and nations, in the name of Jesus.

6. By the operations of the spirit of wisdom, O Lord, bring me out of obscurity into limelight, in the name of Jesus.

7. Spirit of wisdom from above, manifest Yourself in my life and distinguish me among men, in the name of Jesus.
